In the rare occasions that something goes wrong or help is needed it is critical that support is available. We believe our support sets us apart from the competition.
All of our systems come with a 3 Year Return to Base Warranty as standard. We can also offer extended warranties including, advance replacements and on-site support packages.
In instances where the customer is happy to replace any failed components themselves, we are often happy to advance-replace components, meaning you don't always have to ship the entire system back to us – which is often very difficult if the original packaging material is not available or the downtime period of a return is not viable.
Our in-house build and technical teams are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm to help you with any support issues you may have.
We also believe flexibility on communication is important – Therefore we can provide support by Telephone, Email, Website Contact Form and Online Web-Chat.
